Born on the 26th of August 2002, in a small village in Romania, I spent the first 14 years of my life surrounded by simplicity. At 15, I took my first big step—moving to the city to pursue my studies at a prestigious high school in my county. It was a daunting shift, and like any major transition, it brought its share of insecurities.
After graduating, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of what direction to take. Deep down, I knew I had a passion for entrepreneurship, business, people, and sales, but I hadn't yet found a way to develop those skills. I decided to take two gap years, which turned out to be a pivotal time for me. During this period, I worked at an escape room in Romania’s second-largest city. It was an eye-opening experience, teaching me valuable lessons in time management, communication, and customer service.
It was also during this time that I realized I had space to explore my true passion, entrepreneurship. I launched several business ventures, each of which failed, but I see those failures as wins. Each taught me something new, shaped my resilience, and helped mould me into the person I am today.

Moving to Netherlands

In parallel with my work at the escape room, I was preparing for another big leap: moving to the Netherlands to pursue my studies in International and European Law. Bold, I know.
Now, I split my time between The Hague, where I study, and Amsterdam, where I work part-time at Nike while nurturing my entrepreneurial spirit. Moving to a foreign country with limited connections was both intimidating and exhilarating, but it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.

DevRo Agency

Throughout my studies, the drive to create something of my own never faded. By September 2023, that burning passion gave birth to an idea: DevRo. I started with nothing but a vision. No name, no structure, just an idea that grew with time. Eventually, the name DevRo clicked — combining “Development” and “Romania” — and my journey as an entrepreneur began.
The road hasn’t been easy. It’s been full of ups and downs, and at times, it felt disheartening. But I stayed the course, learning web design, mastering Webflow, copywriting, and refining business strategies. Every challenge has been a stepping stone, leading me to where I stand today.
While continuing to work at Nike, I’ve also gained insight into what sales really mean, solving problems and helping people. It’s a philosophy I carry into my business.
My goal is simple: to continue learning, building, and helping others. And who knows, one day I might even help you.

Over the years, I’velearned that entrepreneurship is about more than just starting businesses—it’sabout resilience, problem-solving, and connecting with people. Every setbacktaught me how to adapt and improve, and every success reminded me why I love whatI do. Through it all, I’ve honed skills in communication, time management, anddelivering real value.
One of the mostimportant lessons I’ve learned is that business isn’t just about selling—it’s about solving problems and genuinely helping people. This philosophy drives everything I do, from designing a website to creating strategies that align with your goals.
